One of the corporate entities of the DVORAK Group, Nordwandklettern GmbH, is taking major steps in further development.
After 14 years of successful market launch and brand development of the climbing hall Nordwandklettern GmbH lead by Ing. Thomas Zischinsky, we have now been able to win Christoph Wiesinger as the new company’s managing partner during an M&A project. He will take over the management with 60% of the shares and will provide further sporting impulses in addition to the climbing area. The related construction work has already begun.
The formal assignment was carried out yesterday in the presence of the new managing director and partner Christoph Wiesinger, former managing director and old partner Ing. Thomas Zischinsky, remaining partner of Johann Dvorak GmbH represented by Dipl. Ing. (FH) Johann Dvorak, legal advisor Dr. Levente Nagy, coordinator Dr. Michael Fischer, as well as notary Mag. Markus ROHRER-TOIFL, MBA.
